Payment and Costs

Payment

We accept payment by: PayPal, Credit Card and by Laser (soon).

Orders received after 10:00 a.m. will begin processing on the next business day. Sometimes orders cannot be completed because of inaccurate or incomplete information given or if the event has not yet been registered. If an order cannot be completed, it will be completely refunded. Certificates will be dispatched (sent) within the specified time.

Record Copy Charges

Search Charges

When only registration details are given, an extra search is required to verify correct date and location:

€10 for each search

Above prices are inclusive of VAT, transaction charges and postage.
